A coherent marketing mix M3 unit 3 In this part of my assignment am going to be developing a coherent marketing mix. I think that the marketing mix should be coherent because for a product to be successful the marketing mix has to be logical, getting all the marketing mix right will determine the success or failure of the product. We decided to design and make a lipstick that will last for as long as wanted, forever even. We decided to call the product “Eva last” because like the name says, it lasts forever. The product has a built in remover at the other end of the lipstick for when you want to remove it and does not come off otherwise. We decided that these shops will be best after looking at their performance and how fast products were sold in the shop and we also looked at how popular lipstick were with the customers. . This is because for an exclusive product like Eva last lipstick it has to be sold in big shops to get the customer’s attention and also for its exclusiveness. The product will be sold on line because again after doing research we found out that most people spend their time on the internet and most woman do their shopping online because they are always busy. Promotion We will be promoting this product in lots of different ways. We are going to promote it nationally for woman all over the country to give is a try. It will be promoted mostly in woman’s magazines, this is because woman always want to try something new they see in magazines, mostly because they see that a celebrity has it or because it is advertised in the most popular and successful magazine so they automatically think it is a good product. We will also be advertising it on TV as product placement, product placement is a great way of advertising on TV because if we only opt for half time advertising the product might not get enough attention as we want it to because a lot of people skip through the adverts so they will not be able to see it. Product placement is good because the viewer cannot ignore the

The main features of legislation relating to contracts of employment are outlined in the terms and conditions within a contract of employment. Information about this is included in the handbook for the NJC currently known as the Green Book. Contracts help to protect the rights and responsibilities of both the employer and the employee. Contracts must contain general information about the employee and the employment in which they have been employed: this includes information on the employee's name, date of commencement of employment, position appointed ,employment conditions, rights and responsibilities of the employee, expected duties and information on grade and point scale in relation to pay. Employees are expected by law to follow the terms set out in their contract until employment is terminated by either party.
A resident's name or conditions cannot be discussed with anyone other than the care team. Photos and other personal information can't be shared on social media sites and to maintain privacy and emails containing a resident's personal should not be sent because there is a possibility the email will be sent to the wrong person or someone may have access to your account. Information regarding a resident should only be discussed in person to ensure that only the necessary personnel know. When seeing a resident in public, you should not mention knowing them from a care facility in case they wish to keep that a secret from the person they may be with.

At the start of the health and social care course I knew that I wanted a career working within the health or social care sector. The Leeds for Life service provided by the university will help me create, manage and develop my digital identity throughout my time and university, and when used in conjunction with the Leeds Network, will better prepare me for deciding on a career. I can use the Leeds Network to communicate with University alumni that are academically similar to me (i.e. took the Chemistry and Maths course, are in maths or chemistry related careers) to obtain guidance on which careers I may be interested in and are suitable for me. I can then use this advice to develop my knowledge and personal and professional skills with certain careers in mind, which I can make note of and track using Leeds for Life.
