A Ferris wheel has a radius of 20 m, and the bottom of the wheel passes 4 m above the ground. If the Ferris wheel makes one complete revolution every 40 s, find the amplitude, midline, period, and an equation that gives the height, h(t), above the ground of a person on the Ferris wheel as a function of time, where t is in seconds. Assume at t = 0 you are at 9 o'clock position and descending. Graph: 20 Amplitude: Midline: Period:

Can you please help me build/understand the equation part of this question?  I understand that the amplitude is 20 and midline is 24 and the period is 40 seconds but not sure how to put the equation together.  Is it sine or cosine and does that matter?

ground. If the Ferris wheel makes one complete revolution every 40 s, find the amplitude, midline,
period, and an equation that gives the height, h(t), above the ground of a person on the Ferris
wheel as a function of time, where t is in seconds. Assume at t = 0 you are at 9 o'clock position
