How do you solve question 1 and 2?

A solution you are working with has a pH of 3. You need it to have a pH of 7. What would you add to it to
adjust the pH to 7?
2, If you had a buffered solution that was neutral, what would happen when you added a base to it?
Would you expect the pH to increase greatly, decrease greatly, increase a little or decrease a little?
