b) What is the car's total displacement?
c) What is the car's average speed of 16 seconds?
My Answers
I am not sure how to solve part a), is there a formula for this? For part b) I don't understand how the direction is [N] when the graph is labeled as [S]. For part c) I don't know where the direction came from or how to find that. Thank you.
a) 50.0m
b) Δd⃗=d⃗2-d⃗1
=40m[S] - 30m[S]
=10m[N]
c) vav =Δd/Δt
= 50m/16s
= 3.1m/s
