Amplitude modulation

A radio signal can carry information in the form of sound or image for broadcasting or communication. For it to be sent to a greater distance, the signal must be changed or modulated in some way. One of the easiest way is to change the amplitude of the signal with variations of the video or the audio signal. This is called Amplitude Modulaton.
