GIVEN :

Mass of astronaut m1=84 kg

Mass of water m2=2 kg

Initial velocity for both u1,u2=0 

Final velocity = 10 m/s

Using equation 1 we find speed of astronaut 

m1u1+m2u2=m1v1+m2v2
