- The theory of distributive justice that I found most convincing was the process of Utilitarianism. While I do agree partially with the Libertarian theory in regard to the sense of personal choice and freedom, I find the outcome of Utilitarianism to be most feasible. The feeling of collective social involvement, and working towards a distributive process with an outcome of happiness can help gauge overall community satisfaction. Regarding economic distribution, Utilitarianism has deemed the increase of worker participation to assist collective agreement of distribution. "...many utilitarians would favorably view increased worker participation in industrial life and more equal distribution of income." (W.H. Shaw, 2017, p.91) I highly agree with this form of economic distribution. I feel as if Utilitarianism provides a structure for increased worker production that can positively influence society as a whole, while simultaneously improving the economy. Personally, I desire a structure…What are some of the problems with using utilitarianism for conducting a stakeholder analysisIf you are the employer of a business establishment, how will you apply utilitarianism using Impartial components?
- Regarding the distributive justice hypothesis, I thought utilitarianism was the most persuasive. Utilitarianism holds that when resources and advantages are divided, it is ideal for society's overall enjoyment or well-being to be maximized. This theory contends that resources should be allocated to maximize overall utility while concentrating on the greatest good for the greatest number of people. The fact that it can have a beneficial impact on those around you makes this the most persuasive to me. According to utilitarianism, the best course of action is that which reduces pain or suffering while maximizing overall utility, which is typically associated with happiness, pleasure, or well-being. The focus on enhancing well-being to reach as many people as possible creates a change for more people Although there can be some conflicts and critics that come with it. I found it to be one of the most convincing theories. please help reply to this discussion postWhat is meant by the concept "distributive justice?"
