Can you explain the 4 phases of Cellular Respiration?

Cellular respiration is a pathway that breaks the glucose molecule and produces ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the energy currency of cells. In this process six carbon sugar molecule Glucose is converted into CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H2O (water) in the presence of O2 (oxygen), to yield 36 to 38 molecules of ATP.
