Company A has a project that will scheduled on March 15, 2021, so the Operation department prepared all the materials needed in the project and they found out that some of the materials and equipment are not in the storage room, so they contacted the supplier (BC Company) to purchase the missing materials needed to conduct the project. So they issue the purchase order to BC and agreed that they will provide and deliver the materials needed on same day March 15, 2021. But on that day, BC company didn’t comply to deliver the materials and equipment. So what is your Approach if you were the Company A?
