The given graph looks like an exponential function with horizontal asymptote

The general form of exponential function with asymptote 'c' is 

y=abx+c 

From the graph we can see that x intercept is -2   that is (-2,0)

the y intercept is 3, that is (3,0)

horizontal asymptote at y=-1

so the value of c=-1

y=abx+cy=abx-1

Now we use y intercept (0,3), replace x with 0 and y with 3

y=abx-13=ab0-1add 1 on bot4=aa=4
