Find the coordinates of the vertex  and the equation of the axis of symmetry for the parabola given by the equation   y=-x^2-4.   My answer is the vertex(x,y) is equal to 0,-4. And it was correct.  My answer for the axis of symmetry is 0. It was marked incorrect.
