And electronegativity of H = 2.0 

The electronegativity difference between the B and H = 2.1 - 2.0 = 0.1

Hence the bond formed between the elements B and H will have almost 0 dipole moment and will be formed by sharing of electrons.

Hence the B-H bond is non-polar but covalent.
