I need help computing a formula the nth hexagons number (which is part d of number 14)  so far I have: B) 1, 6, 15, 28, 45, 66  C) the constant difference is 4 more than the last term. So the 10th term would be 190. I also have the rule which is 4n-3  D) I have hn= 1+5+9+13+...+ (4n-3)  if someone could please explain how to make a formula to solve this and how you did it.
