Question

Hi,

We are learning about Logic and Axiomatic Systems.

I have trouble:

  • Identifying which statements are simple statement, and compound statement, and why? And what are the connectives involved if a statement is a compound statement?

Here are the given statements:

Statement 5: If the last shell lands on nonempty house, he/she picks all the stones in that house and continues.

Statement 6: If the last shell lands on an empty house in the player's side of the board, he/she may claim that shell and all the shells on the hole directly opposite and drop them into his/her pit.

Statement 7: The game ends when no pieces are left in any hole on both sides of the board.

Please help me. Thank you!
