Balancing Chemical Equation:

1) First, we need to count all the atoms on the reactant and the product side.

Multiply by (2) with HClO3 on reactant side.

2 HClO3 + Ba(OH) ---> Ba(ClO3)2 + H2

2) Now, we need to balance Hydrogen and Oxygen.

Multiply by (2) with H2O on product side
