  •  zero can not  count as a significant number  if it place before the  decimalpoint and no other integer present before the decimal point
  • if the fraction part is start with zero then that zero before the integer number can not be claculate as significant number .

  • after the decimal point all zero between two non zero integer considers as significant number 
  • zero at the end of the fraction part is considered after the non zero integer considered as a significant number
