what is the probability of no accidents during the next 7 days?"

My workings are pr(X=0) which is (e^-0.9333 x 0.9333^1) ÷ 0! = 0.3932.

The answer I got on bartleby was to do Complement theorem and take 1 - 0.3932. Why do I need to minus?
