within its specified limits for all values of the source
voltage, load current, and Zener diode voltage. If
Vz = 12 V ± 10%, rz = 9 Ω
iz min = 3.25 mA , iz max = 80 mA
VS = 25 ± 1.5 V
IL = 31.5 ± 21.5 mA

determine the minimum and maximum values of R
