What is the capacitance per unit length?
I got 130 pf/m for that but am confused for part b:

Part B

The potential of the inner conductor relative to that of the outer conductor is 350 mVmV. Find the charge (magnitude and sign) on the inner conductor.
Express your answer with the appropriate units. What needs to be done for that part? I can't seem to figure out what i need to use for that portion. Also.. NO PICTURES WERE GIVEN EITHER.

Follow-up Question

well that was not help. I gues you guys don't bother reading the beginning, I can't read images and my screen reader won't read them for me. So instead of simply writing it out in html text... you waste my time again and write it up in images. Thanks. I guess I will have to ask this question again...
