Environment degradation is one of the major problem for the whole world and even though every country is trying their best to tackle this problem, the environment condition is not improving much. The glaciers have been melting and rising sea level because of the global worming which is the effect of concentration of greenhouse gases. But due to worldwide lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic we have seen some positive effect on environment which is related to air quality, water quality, animals etc.
1. Air quality: - air quality has improved because the emission from transportation vehicles, factories, and other economic activities has reduced by a significant amount.
2. Water quality: - the industries and factories were closed down which reduced the dumping of industrial waste into water which improves the water quality and flow of rivers.
