What is the difference between mitosis and Meiosis?

A Cell can reproduce or divide through two methods, either through mitosis or meiosis. During mitosis cell division, the parent cells divides into two identical daughter cells. While in meiosis cell division, the parent cell produces un-identical for sex cells.
