Theoretical yield is the amount of product formed when the limiting reactant is consumed completely during the reaction. 

Limiting reactant is the reactant with less number of moles. 

Calculate number of moles of each reactant and then decide the limiting reactant. 

Given that,
 volume of Pb(NO3)= 45.7 mL = 0.0457 L
 concentration of Pb(NO3)= 0.545 M = 0.545 mol/L 
volume of NaCl = 34.7 mL = 0.0347 L 
concentration of NaCl = 0.595 M = 0.595 mol/L
