Goals are standards or benchmarks that you hope to achieve over a certain periods of time. It is the object of a person's ambition or effort, an aim or desired result. I have many goals that I would like to achieve at the end of this year. Some related to this class, some for other classes, some for life and some for the future. My goals for this class is to get a 90 each and every marking period for the rest of the year. for that i would have to do all my homework, all my classwork
making every one of these things happen. Obviously, to make these things happen, I will need goals. I will need not only long-term goals, but short-term goals as well. For example, the first goal I listed was swimming in the Olympics. The short-term goal that corresponds to this is to make CIF qualifications.
