INTRODUCTION The issues I chose to discuss throughout this paper will reference my experience in formal communication dealing with older peers and younger peers. From the video recording of my speech, the first speech was an interesting experience. It did however make me realize that I need to set time for more practice in preparing for a speech and to establish better timing. I was almost past the allowed time; coming close to 6 minutes and I admit I was unprepared. The video depicts that I am constantly stuttering and is a major reason for my time.
