    Good Neighbor Nextdoor program seeks to address two problems facing communities across America Today. The first problem is the shortage of doctors in rural and undesirable communities. The second problem is the prevalence of blight and vacant housing in many of the same communities suffering from a shortage of doctors. Both of these problems have solutions, by offering citizenship to foreign doctors willing to move into communities having both a shortage of doctors and a surplus of vacant housing.
