In the movie “Peaceful Warrior” Dan had to motivate himself when no one believed in him. Throughout the movie, Socrates influenced Dan a lot. He taught Dan to focus on his gymnastics and nothing else. Since Dan started focusing on his goals he became better. Only Socrates would motivate him because his coach did not believe in him.
