The Penn Activity Center, better known as the PAC, one of the most different building on the entire campus of William Penn University. The PAC is where student and mostly all student-athletes will spend most of their time while on campus if not in their dorm room, in Penn Hall, or in Wilcox library. Students and faculty uses this newly built facility for many purposes throughout their time on William Penn’s campus.
