9/11 True Story

Upon my arrival I met with the complainant identified as Travis L. Williams (03/12/78) and his employee Todd A.D Gowing (11/10/1990). Williams stated that starting in January of 2014, his business Ace Tech, received a large amount of phones via UPS that were not ordered by him or his employees. William stated that the boxes came under the name of Johnny Hash from the company named H20 Wireless. Williams stated that Hash also owns a business nearby and is using Williams address to receive the packages. Williams was able to return the phones through AT&T and get his money back, since he was also getting billed for the phones.

A conspiracy theory is usually defined as an attempt to explain the ultimate cause of an important societal event as part of some sinister plot conjured up by a secret alliance of powerful individuals and organizations (Linden para 4). There are always two sides to a story, and there is a major amount of evidence to support both sides. Major conspiracy theories would be, if 9/11 had actually be planned by the United States government, whether Barack Obama was a legal citizen to be the president of the United States, and the most argued conspiracy theory, if man had ever truly stepped foot on the moon. On September 11, 2001; 19 terrorists hopped onto 4 planes and attempted suicide attacks. Two of the planes hit the world trade center in New York City, another hit the Pentagon outside Washington D.C., and the last plane hit a field in Pennsylvania. These attacks killed more than 3,000 people which included 400 policemen and firefighters. This event was the deadliest day that has ever occurred in US history. The problems it has caused after it has happened were more wars by trying to find the people responsible for these attacks. We eventually found the main leader who was Osama Bin Ladin; which we executed on May 02, 2011. Other problems have occurred for the better but in a sense it is difficult situations including immigration and tourism.

On September 9, 2011 the Nation took a hue turn. Just thinking that morning you send your loved ones off to work or school and not seeing them again. One the day of the attack there were many emotions going on because you didn’t know where they were going to hit next. If your children were in school you couldn’t get them because they didn’t know if you were set up, so they did everything to protect the safety. September 11, 2001 began as any ordinary day for Elvia Hogan as she left her home and headed for work. She recalled the sun shining and the sky a bright blue as she entered the counseling office at Hunter High School. As she approached her desk, she opened her computer to find the unbelievable image of an airplane in the top of one of the World Trade Center buildings. Phones were ringing, as the counselors began watching the news to follow what was happening when suddenly, a second plane flew into the neighboring tower.

Suena was walking home and she felt like she was being followed, but she thought it was because of the horror movie she watched the night before. It was about a twenty minute walk for Surena to get home and she often enjoyed but that day she didn’t enjoy it. When she got home there was a note on her fridge from her mother saying she’ll be back in a couple of hours and that there was leftovers in the fridge. She still had that icky feeling that someone was watching her, she kept saying in her head that it was just the horror movie scaring her. Jean the attack on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center did not happen on September 1, 2011, rather it was September 11, 2001. I clearly remember the day as I was able to see the smoke filled sky from my windows in New York City. Our televisions and radios were not working so most of us did not know what was going on. My husband was late for work because he was waiting for his brother; so they were both late which saved their lives as the train station they were supposed to get off on blew up at the time they were supposed to get there. When 9/11/2001 occurred I was sitting in the lunch room at Good Year Elementary School in Brunswick Georgia eating lunch. My classmates and I was talking normally like we always did until one of the lunch monitors told us to be quiet. I didn’t know exactly what was going on at the time. I just knew something serious had just happened. One of my teachers told the class that a plane had hit the Twin Towers. The teachers then turn on the television as all of us watch not exactly understanding what had happen or what the cause of it was. I remember some of the teacher crying while others got on their cells phones trying to contract their families in New York City, but the lines was so busy. Tuesday morning of September 11, 2001 was a day that no one will forget. I decided to write it out what happened to my family that very day in my mom’s perspective to make it easier to understand. My mom was in Pleasant Hill, CA and decided to skip that day of work because my older sister was sick. Madeleine, my eldest sister, was two at the time. Early in the morning a family friend of ours, Janet, called my mom asking if she saw what was happening. Janet said,” Jeanne the twin towers are on the ground, turn on the news!” My mom was so tired from staying up all night because of Madeleine that when she heard what happened she didn’t belive it. She quickly turned on the news and it replayed the airplanes hiting the twin towers and falling.

Abuse can be targeted at and happen to anyone, whether it is physical, emotional, sexual and financial. Whether this has happened as a one off occurrence or repeatedly, there are a variety of reasons why an individual may not disclose the abuse they have suffered.
