It was the two days before Christmas. Santa was getting every excited for his trip and he was also getting very tired. “Ho, ho, ho, ho, what do we have here!” he said with a smile. He watched a girl crying. He was confused.
He was thinking to himself, “Did someone tell her that I did not exist? Did her parents get mad at her?” then one of Santa’s elves, Sprinkles, came inside his office, “Sprinkles can you please run a report on this child?”
“I am on my way, sir!” said sprinkles. A few minutes passed and Mr. Claus was talking to Mrs. Claus about the girl.
“Mr. Claus I got the report!” said Sprinkles. “Her name is Rarity, she is 9 years old, she has a cat named Oliver, and she has no parents, so she is a foster chi-” Probably that is why she is crying,” said Mr. Claus “She is a foster child. I think I remember her from three years. She was so joyful and she is on the nice list. The house where she used to live was every joyful it was beautiful with all the lights.” Santa said, while looking at his nice list from last year. “And now she is sad and crying for whatever reason. I can not believe what so much can happen in three years,” said Santa. Sprinkles just wanted to cry but then she would be embarrassed, but who cared. Then she started crying. Mr. Claus was worried for Rarity. He wanted to know more about this special child. There is just something about this child that no other child has.
“Santa what are you thinking of?” said sprinkles.

He then made a decision. He would return the pies.

When I was little, I'd count down the days until Christmas for months beforehand. Each day, I'd wake up, and I'd tear the front page from my homemade Christmas countdown. The holidays have always been special for my family. Our home has long been the epicenter, just north of the shoreline, a great destination for friends and especially a holiday with family members trekking from all over the country to spend a week with us just in our home near Hyams Beach. Christmas morning was always my favorite. Aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, all stuffed three to a room, but no one ever seemed to mind. My sister and I would always be the first downstairs staring with apprehension at the piles of gifts before Mom would give us the go-ahead.
“Calm down, Pywaln,” I retorted, making a soothing motion, hiding a smile. However, as I quickly scanned the feed, and my smile slowly disappeared, “Oh no,” I muttered, looking slightly panicked, “Santa’s already behind by an hour… quick!” I switched my microphone channel, shouting, “Increase the Time Bender!! We need more time; we’re behind already!”
