Learning activity it is improving knowledge skills and understanding by reflecting on my own working activities using skills like reading workbooks or work-based courses.
Personally I am improving my skills and knowledge by reading all relevant materials related to social care subject (like books, magazines, newspapers, scientific journals etc...).
Also a huge influence on my professional personal development have all courses (usually undertaken from e learning platforms in form of online courses) that I have already completed or currently one - like Level 2 Preparation to work in adult social care worker.

2. What factors can you control, as a manager, for your staff to provide high-quality care (which factors are internal and which are external)?
In order to work effectively and appropriately with vulnerable and marginalised groups in society such as individuals with mental illnesses, it is fundamental for a social worker to have a comprehensive knowledge base and proficient skills.
Social Work Practicum 1 is one of the best courses I have ever partake in. It has left me with so much useful knowledge and a strong willingness to keep growing and doing the best I possibly can. We have done so many activities over the course of 3 months and I have become a better person and budding Social Worker because it. Yes, I have so much more to learn and I will walk into any situation with an open mind and the willingness to learn.
Carers must work in collaboration with their colleagues ensuring the delivery of the highest quality, safe and very compassionate health care and support. Carers must communicate openly and in an effective way to promote the health, safety and well-being of services users and their families. Carers must respect all people’s rights to confidentiality and strive to improve the quality of health care by continuing with professional development also uphold and promote equality, diversity and inclusion. Carers must be honest with themselves and others about what they can do, recognise their abilities and limitations of their competence and only carry out of delegate those tasks agreed in their job description and for which they are competent. It is very important to behave and present yourself a way that doesn’t call into question your suitability to work in a health and social care setting, always seek guidance from your supervisor or employer should you feel unable or if you are unsure how to effectively deliver a task. Mr. Harris expressed to me the key factors in being successful in his workplace. He stated that the employees should think about the patients first and make the quality of their care the first priority. To be unsuccessful in his clinic, he states that employees would not take pride in their job and not care about the quality of their work. He expressed to me that a manager should most importantly succeed in having open communication with all employees and stakeholders. Keeping an open line of communication with employees makes for a positive workplace environment. Harris explained that this can be done by checking in with them often to make sure the employees aren 't having any issues and are satisfied with the staff’s work. He also interprets that you should let them know that you are always available for them if issues or questions arise.

You may like to play a particular sport regularly or go walking, cycling or running, for example. If you don’t do these kinds of things, you may have other interests that you enjoy such as a hobby or education or training courses (like this one!) or interests such as reading, socialising with friends or visiting new places. If you think about the things you do, you will realise that you are ‘active’ in many different ways. But do you think of the things that you do as learning or development activities? Sometimes it can be difficult to decide or identify what counts as learning and development activity.
Make every effort to enhance the quality of care through a patient oriented approach and reduce bias as maximum as possible.

Working relationships do not allow arguing, accepting differences, discussing interests/beliefs and personal life problems between the participants of the relationship. However personal relationships do allow such things.
