According to Carl Jung's and Isabel Briggs Myers' typological approach to personality, I was characterized as having an INTJ personality type. The analysis of the Jung Typology Test data indicated that I have a slight preference for Introversion over Extraversion (19%), moderate preference of Intuition over Sensing (50%), moderate preference of Thinking over Feeling (28%), and moderate preference of Judging over Perceiving (25%). Interestingly, the INTJ personality is of one of the scarcest of the 16 psychological types and it does not manifest too often in the population. As shown by the Center for Applications of Psychological Type, in the United States is estimated that the INTJ personality accounts for only 2-4% of the population. However, in the second test, according to Keirsey Temperament Theory, my Keirsey Temperament Sorter results indicated that my personality type is that of the Guardians (SJ's). Guardians (SJs) seem to be a common personality type which I seem to share with the largest segment of the population more specific with about 40-50% of the population. Even though the INTJ personality seems more unique than the Guardians, I agree with both of Carl G. Jung's theory of psychological types and Keirsey Temperament Sorter results. Furthermore, I took the Jung Typology Test over seven years ago and got the same results. I consider myself so self-aware of my personality type that if I was asked to read each description for the different psychological types
