Although i believe Adnan is innocent some people may think he is guilty because his palm print was on a map book. Some people may argue that he committed the crime, this reason is why people think he did it that he was mapping were to bury the body. They were looking all around the park for clues and found the map. But i think this source is not that reliable because they could not tell if this map was 6 weeks old or six months old the palm print.no one knows he could of went there a bunch of times it is still a public park.he could of went there along time ago just to visit and might of threw the map away without even knowing.
Adnan is probably innocent because the only solid evidence is Jay’s inconsistent testimony. The first evidence is the police audio when the first audio played jay mentions that he Adnan were at on the mall and the other audio mentions that they were at a different mall. And the second evidence is the court tapes when Adnan lawyer is questioning jay and changes his answers at the moment when jay was at the stage. And last evidence is Jay’s lack of memory because hard to believe that he forgot the day/night that he saw a dead body for the first time (Hae Min Lee’ Body)
Desi Arnaz was an extremely famous actor and musician who was born in Cuba, but is technically an American in terms of Nationality. Desi was born on March 2, 1917 in Santiago de Cuba, Cuba. His last stand was on December 2, 1986 when he died of cancer at the age of sixty-nine. He had been experiencing health issues and problems for years before his death as soon after he was put in the hospital for the first time during his later years in 1981. During his earlier health complications, many hoped and prayed that all would pass and he would be fortunate enough to be healthy once again, but sadly, that was not the case. When Desi was very young, his life was not as great as it was going to become even though he was born into a very wealthy family.
First, Adnan did not get a fair trial because Jay lied during his trial.,the phone record prove nothing and Neither do the letters.Jay lied during his trail because, in episode
The State of Maryland has charged Adnan with Hae’s murder solely using Jay’s alibi as their premise; they overlooked the alibis of former Woodlawn High School students who knew of Adnan, Hae, or Jay. Asia McClain, a
Adnan’s placid attitude on top of physical evidence from Lee and calls pinging him to the sight of her burial proves that he committed the murder.
Adnan is a normal 17 year old teenager at woodlawn high school. He was the average muslim kid, in his parents eye’s he was a good muslim kid that never disappoints his family.at school adnan syed was also a normal american teenager. He was very popular at school and he experimented in the typical crazy things teenager do even though it's against his family and religious beliefs. one day adnan's ex girlfriend was found murdered. Adnan was soon after convicted of murdering hae lee but some people believe he didn't do it. Mainly because some the accusation that were brought up in his case was inconclusive.adnan is syed is innocent of hae's murder because he doesn't portray and motives of a jealous ex-boyfriend also the timeline doesn't really
The lack of evidence makes Adnan innocent because it cannot prove anything. The state, in attempt to put Adnan in prison, cannot present any physical evidence in the case because there isn't any. In the first podcast, “The Alibi”, the listeners learn that this is a case with absolutely no
In episode 10 of serial, Koenig talks about Adnan's culture and ethnicity how it affected the jury. At first koenig says “The jurors we spoke to said Adnan’s religion didn’t affect their view of the case.” To be honest I was kind of surprised when I heard this. She then briefly talked about one of the jurors she spoke to who said it interested her at first until she realized Adnan was an american teenager doing normal teenage things. After this Koenig says what I expected her to say about the jury “But when we pressed them a little more, it seems stereotypes about Adnan’s culture were there lurking in the background.” Even in society today, most people still strongly judge people on looks, culture, ethnicity and religion. As much as we say
Firstly, the Nisha call placed Adnan with Jay after the murder. This call could have been a butt-dial that rang for 2 minutes. The call could have been from Adnan, who wanted to make Jay talk with Nisha. The Nisha call does not prove Adnan killed Hae, as it simply just puts him with Jay at the time. Also, the prosecution stated that Adnan was constantly doing bad things. Everyone does bad things, but it does not make them murderers. Finally, Jay knew the location of Hae’s car. The fact that Jay knew the location of Hae’s car should arouse suspicion on him. The evidence utilized by the prosecution is circumstantial and can be disproved, and the lack of strong evidence proves Adnan’s
A lot of people wonder if Adnan Syed is guilty or innocent, today as a legal assistant I'm going to tell you one important reason why he is innocent. Adnan is not guilty because there is another potential suspect like Jay. Jay's story that "proves" Adnan's guilt, has changed every interview and testimony. Jay had intimate knowledge of the crime he knew things, like if he knew every single thing that Adnan was thinking about which makes everything looked suspicious. Also Jay's stories don't quite match Adnan's cell records.
With the State’s defense crumbling without Jay’s testimony, what is the evidence against Adnan? There is physical evidence linking him to the murder, that is undisputable. So what does the state have? A palm print of Adnan’s on the back of an Atlas but not on the most incriminating page is about it for the State. If we stripped this case of Jay and all the “maybe” evidence you’re left with motive. It’s simple because Adnan didn’t have one. He was friends with Hae, Adnan was civil towards her and her new boyfriend, and he himself had already moved on as well. If we put this case back together and include all the so-called evidence then we need an alibi for
Dr James Sheppard lived together with his sister Caroline in King's Abbot, a small village. He was a great doctor and when somebody died he looked to see what had happened.
On August 30, 2016, Abu Mohammad al-Adnani was reported to have been killed by a Russian airstrike in Aleppo, Syria. The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed that an airstrike from a Russian Su-34 bomber had targeted and killed a group of about forty ISIS militants, including Abu Mohammad al-Adnani. He was a prominent ISIS spokesman, the second most powerful figure of ISIS, and one of the most well-known faces of ISIS. Half a million of mourners attended the funeral of Kamal Adwan and his comrades in Beirut.
guilty feelings are not the same. Men and women can have knowledge without feelings, and they can have feelings without the truth. Even when they are suppressed, however, the knowledge of guilt always produces certain objective needs, which make their own demands for satisfaction regardless of the state of feelings. These needs include confession, atonement, reconciliation, and justification Recognized, Repentance so that these four needs can be really satisfied. But when guilty knowledge is suppressed, they can only be displaced. This generates the impulse for further error. Taking the four needs one by one
