Introduction Human is a species of living organism which have the largest population on the earth. One of the human nature is we are always tend to live in a group to develop a society or organization to achieve a common goal which usually refer to a better living standard of life. When a group or organization has formed, a leader will automatically choose out to be the ‘head’ of overall groups. As for example: from the past a chief from a tribe, a king of an emperor, and till the modern world now a president of a country. All group members share the same information and they are allow to speak their ideas or opinions before the leader make the final decision. This leadership styles could create higher productivity outcome and also provide opportunity to enhance the growth of follower ability over time.
Disadvantages: Poor communication within group might lead to low efficacy or failure of the project.
Laissez-Faire Followers are given full authority for decision making and leader just pose as observer in the group. Follower should decide their own goal and ways for solution on their own. Thus they are required to be experienced and highly trained in order to achieve the effective outcome.
Disadvantages: All followers are required to be self discipline and work among each other in order to achieve success for the entire groups.
Transactional Leader with this style of skill will motivate the followers to follow orders by providing what they desire or interest. “Reward and punishment” is the common method used for the followers to work effectively.
