Bullying is a controversial issue that is often dealt with on a daily basis. Bullying is not only seen as misguided and harmless actions towards another, but is also seen as a violation of human rights. Whether it is serious or not, bullying can be found just about anywhere, primarily in places such as schools and daycares. But even though many people can brush off something like bullying, this hurtful act can actually take a toll on the victim, especially since most victims are children that can easily overreact to emotional and physical harassment. It is important to define the term bullying accurately because that term alone can be adversarial. With that being said it can mean intimidation, aggression, hostile behaviors, and pestering the weak. Bullying takes place in schools, work, and in your own home. It can pretty much happen anywhere. Bullying in my terms is anything that can make a person feel weak minded, and has to submit.

Bullying is such a difficult topic to grab a hold of. Children may experience bullying and not say it to their parents. Bullying should be a considered a crime, but kids get away with it all the time; furthermore prevention can be used in order to keep kids safe from bullying.

There are many different forms of bullying, such as physically bulling someone is when someone is hit, punched, pushed, or have their personal items stolen and any other kind of physical aggressive behaviour. Verbal bullying is when someone is called names, threatened. Social bullying is when someone is left out, deliberately ignored and has bad things spread about them and made to feel like an outsider, Psychological bullying is when someone is stalked or intimidated.

What is bullying? According to Merrium-Webster dictionary bullying is abuse and mistreatment of someone vulnerable by someone stronger, more powerful. A bully doesn’t stop after mistreating someone one time, they constantly do it until someone stops them. A bully is usually bigger and taller than the kid they are picking on. As a matter of fact, We need to stop the bigger kids from picking on the little kids because no one deserves to be bullied. The only reason why the bigger kids pick on the smaller kids is because they don’t have a good home life and that’s how they get attention, because at home they don’t have anyone to give them attention.
