In order to answer an essay question, first of all, we need to understand what is meant by the term ‘organization’ from the sociological point of view. Then we need to understand what role organizations are playing in our life and why it is essential to study them. As we can imagine, there are different types of organizations. All of them have their own structure and purpose. In this essay I would like to focus on business organizations: how they appeared and developed; how employees’ relations were changing, etc. I would like to pay the specific attention to such department as Human Resource Management – how this term appeared and why it is so important nowadays.

These numbers are very alarming as no child nor home deserve to be harmed, especially from a cause that can be prevented. These statistics and our desire to eliminate electrical problems as a whole is what drove us to developing our product, Socket Stop.

In our study most of the electrical burns were admitted between one to twelve hours 61 cases(57.5%). More than 12 hours 20cases(18.9%) more than 24hours 10 cases(9.4%) more than 10 days 10cases (9.4%) and very few 5(4.7%) were admitted within an hour of injury.

Abad wiring or a damage wire can contribute to such incident. In most cases where a person who handle using the device with wet hand can cause sudden flow of electricity towards the body instantly. The person will most likely lost consciousness and if it is severe it will cause death. Leadership is one of the most important issues in any business organization, company, and group—family, church, school, and associations. So in order to check successes or failures of any business organization, one has to first check the leader’s effectiveness. In other words, “show me a successful business organization or group, and I will show you an effective leader.”

Peter Michael Senge was born in 1947, he is an American scientist. Senge received a B.S. in Aerospace engineering from Stanford University. While at Stanford, Senge also studied philosophy. He later earned an M.S. in social systems modeling from MIT in 1972. He also earned a Ph.D. from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 1978 (Wikipedia, 2011).

History has generated businesses to an age where teams are credited as a critical factor of the business. During my tenure of employment today, most production that performs inside businesses employs a team approach, whereas labor that takes place outside of businesses depend even more profoundly on teamwork. Also in the course of my employment teams are progressively more common in businesses for responding to consumer’s needs to provide a product or assistance. In the three years of employment with my present employer it has been demonstrated that effective teams are reinforced by an obligation to encourage and increased rewards. Empowered teams in my office, is comprise of individuals with balancing skills who are dedicated to a common goal or an array of performance goals for which they deem themselves mutually liable. Ephesians 4:16 asserts, “From whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love” (NKJ). If an individual make a mistake or stumble the rest of the group should assist in meeting the goal of achievement.

A business is an organization that undertakes the exchange of goods or services for monetary gain. An economic system refers to the manner in which a nation or state is organized in the exchange of goods and services, production and allocation of resources.

As I peered through the window of opportunity, which I thought would be an easy adventure, time and dedication surely proved me mistaken. One average senior-high day, I walk into the Human Services classroom and sit down at my desk. The class writes the daily five minute prompt about the service we are hoping to be involved in for FCCLA (Family Career and Community Leaders of America) called, STAR (Student Taking Action with Recognition) events. After the prompt, the class sets up the desks to have our monthly FCCLA meeting. I, being the President, began the meeting with any house-keepings that needs to be discussed. Next, we progress the discussion to our chapter’s current funds and finally begin to go into detail about STAR events. In an organized manner, we list the events and information pertaining to which people are planning on working in each group.

The mission of the organization is to serve the near and broader community financially for both short, mid, and long-term purposes as well as increase profit for the business. The products and services offered are intended to help clients invest in the business. Those banking products include investment vehicles as well as federally insured bank deposits that pay a competitive savings rate. Customer service is also essential to the success of the business. To reward employees for their services and performance level, workers are offered a competitive compensation package with is elevated based on merit. Additionally, they have a base remuneration package. Although the organization has many branches, the primary development focus of the organization concerns the investment manager position. The investment manager is responsible for finding clientele that can benefit from the community banking strategy.

The network of Western-made NGOs established in various countries turned out to be so moveable and "hungry" in terms of finance, that even small financial injections began to yield the expected results. If I was a well-paid adult with a great job, and roughly $100 million in assets, I would definitely be thinking about making a philanthropic donation. This kind of money is way more than I could ever need, therefore, I would look for organizations that are worthy of my support.

Each person is unique and have different beliefs and lifestyles. It is very rare to find two individuals who are exactly alike when referring to the way of thinking and interpreting many things. People may come from the same background, but tend to have different perspectives about certain situations. Culture is defined in many ways and can be defined differently in the workplace, in a family, or at a restaurant. As stated before, people can obtain a certain culture. Different generations may inherit the same culture, and an organization may have a certain culture they practice.
