For recent years, people start to deny abortion and stated it as cruel and murder. While it does involve remove fetus or embryo from the mother and kill the baby before it was born, it might not be the worst thing that can happen to the baby. Most people who chose abortion is either can’t afford to have a kid or unable to take care of them. It was one of the case, while other concern about their right as a person. Some might say the baby have right to live, while others believe the mother have right for herself to do what she want to her body. The debate on abortion is not about who right, but it about the consequences of their action.

Abortion is a method that should not be confined by government or religious jurisdiction as it provides a safe means of closure for pregnant women. While abortion is currently legal in the United States, ideologically, it should not be legal as it is considered to many a cruel and unjust malpractice. There are many alternatives on aborting a child such as giving the baby up for adoption to a family who will love and nurture the baby or giving the parental right to a trustworthy family member knowing it will remain in good hands.

The life of a human being is persecuted and deemed worthless by the government that should be protecting it. The rights of a human being are stripped away. In the issue of abortion, the potential life of the fetus is seen as more valuable than the already existing life of the woman. The life of a mother, a daughter, a sister is seen as meaningless if she does not bear a child she has conceived. The rights of a woman over her own body are lost to the fetus growing inside of her. She is seen as a mere container for the child and society is forcing her to fulfill her biological duty even if it is potentially harmful to her personal well-being or happiness. In the current state of abortion rights, a human life is not being given the reverence it deserves and that is the life of the woman.
