Once the type of business is chosen depending on the field of activity, the company must be registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. We have an identification number (DIN) on the ministry's website. A temporary number will be issued for a period of 60 days. Then you have to print out the form and submit it to the ministry along with the identification documents (passport, identity card, driver's license) as well as two passport-size photos and proof of address. Please note that identity documents and proof of address must be authenticated by a notary public.
