The Welfare to Work Program as seen in the class video can vary from state to state. I think there are many flaws in this program. There are many false sociological assumptions made about the poor. Which can hinder the quality and quantity of resources given to poor. This can have a tremendous impact when attempting to prepare them for the workforce.
