Participants are ascertained as youth who are more likely to become juvenile delinquents’ due to their lifestyle, personality and social interactions. This program of mentoring gives an at-risk youth the opportunity to bond with a positive adult mentor who will listen, offer help and be a good example to follow all within a community setting.
