The space I'm picking for this assignment is a Girls Basketball game at Blue Mountain Community College.
They’re playing Mount Hood Community College, not sure how good they’re but from warmups they look like they could be good. I'm sitting here watching the Blue Mountain Girls basketball game now.
Not very many people in the crowd, mostly just family or friends. The family is mostly parents, in their older years. Only a couple of the families have younger kids.
They’re all cheering loud for the home team, so they seem like pretty joyful people.
Most of the fathers are wearing jeans and t-shirts, while some moms are wearing jeans and dress shirts. The court looks clean from how shiny it is, but I know from playing on it that it is pretty slick and kind

People in the stands are communicating and having a good time.
The bleachers are some of the worst seats I have ever sat on. I'm talking Stiff, no comfort at all.
It's more of a punishment to have to sit on them.
The seats are blue with a little bit of red on them.
There is a lot of popcorn on the ground from the concession stands.
It smells pretty normal, besides the popcorn smell from concessions and the sweat on the court. Williams 2
Right now the gym is a busy and intense place.
In the morning the gym is always really quite because nobody likes to go in early for workout’s, besides myself. Working out in the morning is always one of my favorite things, because of how empty it is.
Two girls I know from the Blue Mountain softball team our selling tickets at the front when you walk in for their Work Study job.
They look like they're having fun, but I doubt because that is a boring job.
I know, because I did for a few of the Blue Mountain Volleyball
The first group mentioned, the attention-getters always bring a show of their own. These fans stir things up unruly with not only their verbal language but their body language towards the players, referees, and coaches. They attend these games to obtain a good time by dressing up and usually hanging out with friends. Even though these fans come to most of the games, they usually yell loudly and use obnoxious gestures towards
My morning routine starts off by
My basketball career at Sauers ended with an invitation to the National Lutheran Basketball tournament made up of 32 boys and 32 girls teams from all over the US. Our journey began Thursday morning with a send off from our school with a tunnel made of students. As we crammed into the van that cool morning, I could feel the excitement growing within in the team for the weekend to come. After arriving at Valparaiso University, we had to check in as a team. Walking into the main gym, I realized this time it seemed much larger, although I have seen the gym before from a previous teams playing in the tournament. The main gym smelled of freshly made popcorn, with a glow reflecting off the court, and the sound of multiple conversations happening at once that seemed to make your head spin from all the chaos. Looking at each gym we could possibly play in, I could picture the loud crowds packed into the bleachers that should only hold half the people that were in them.
What most people fail to notice is that there are opportunities that present themselves for people to exercise as they go about their day to day activities. Think of when you wake up. The amount of time spent on thinking whether or not you should extend sleep is enough for you to do some sit ups while on your bed. For a start, you can have ten sit ups. Our main aim for exercise is to burn out some calories.
With research proving that daily exercise helps your mood and adds to your energy levels all while helping your body combat health condition and diseases, we like to remind our members that your fitness is definitely a priority.
This is a very sacred space to me as a student-athlete. We work hard all year long to perform on this court. This court represents the competition, teamwork, friendship, and hard-work from my teammates and myself. It is a sacred place
In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, people need to participate in at least 30 minutes of exercise every day. Unfortunately, many people forget to recharge the energy their bodies lose during a rough workout, which is just as important to stay healthy. Most of the sweaty people that you see leaving the gym will go straight to the vending machine and pick up water, Gatorade, or some sort of
Sitting in those small yellow bench seats toward the top of the gym, you can see the head coach pointing and smiling at the girls who shoot the three pointers. The student section jumps on the squeaky worn out bleachers trying to make the other team mess up and not score. The younger children are at the very end of the gym toward the very top, playing with their friends completely unaware of the basketball game going on down below. There is so many little children up there that the noise echoes throughout the whole gym, making the fans yell even louder for the players.
You have got to understand this that every single action we take, as little as it may seem has an effect on our life. If doing you exercise every morning is still totally negative in your nervous system, it isn’t going to change until you conditioned yourself to feel differently, every time that comes up no matter how positive you think
You don’t need to go to a gym to exercise. Walking, running, dancing or taking your dog for a walk are all ways to get up and get moving. Once you get into a routine, the negative thoughts would be replaced by positive ones, and the health benefits of exercise will also help you feel better about yourself. Exercise is a great benefit to a person’s mental and physical health.
Food fuels your body constantly, even when you sleep using the food you consumed at dinner the previous night. Therefore, when you wake up in the morning, you need to refuel by eating breakfast. If you skip it, you’ll feel exhausted even when you haven’t started doing your job. Eating a nutritious meal in the morning ignites a fire in your body by initiating your metabolism.
Working out or any type of exercise, depending on location and convenience, can get people out of their home and out into the fresh air and sunlight. Technologies advances over the years have given us the ability to spend hours staring at screens viewing various stories and images. While all of this is great fun, this leads to very little physical activity and many hours in doors. It is beneficial to get out of the house and take time to enjoy the outdoors and open space It is a common fact that the common man should get at least one hour of outside activity. Taking an hour to an hour and a half a day to exercise gives you your
We have five reserved seats in the middle of the home side stands the best view by far.I’m boxed in by godparents family friends classmates and people I see at the grocery store on Sundays.Crying kids and screaming fans flail around in their seats refusing to be consoled.
A fair weather fan is a safe fan to be, but it is also a sad fan. These fans are the reason that games get blacked out on TV because the team can’t sell tickets to the game.
When you exercise, you 're not only creating great habits in your life, you 're striving to improve your mood. Whether it 's a gym workout or a walk around the block, being physically active releases
