In Support of Bringing Dogs to Work
I support our decision on Bring Your Dog to Work program. I think it could be a really good idea. Especially, for those who have no pet sitters at home. It can be a real productive thing, if people took it seriously.
I feel it can also be a burden at the sametime. I mean, there's alot of questions to ask. First, what if our pets have to go to the bathroom? Next, what if certain co-workers couldnt control some of there pets? Then, it also leave more work to clean up before leaving home.
Although, bringing my dog to work would help me out alot. I dont think its an bad idea. I bet my dog would love to come to work with me. We'll be able to take walks in between my breaks. Also we'll be able to eat togetheras
Deciding whether or not I should agree with dogs being allowed in our work place was very tricky for me. I appreciate your desire to make sure every employee feels comfortable and stress-free at work. Also, I adore dogs and would love to able to have my furry-friend alongside me all day long. However, after looking at the pro's and con's, I'd have to say I do not agree with this idea.
Dogs, in my opinion, make very wonderful pets. Allowing a dog into a workplace makes sense in some ways, but I would definetly not support it. People who support the idea claim they would feel more relaxed, have less stress, and be more
All service animals must go through a period of training to ensure that they are ready for the task of continuously being in a public setting with large crowds of people. These dogs are well respected and often help handlers with more than just their disorder. As commented by Esnayra, “An employer does not have to tolerate a dog that is not appropriately trained.” Esnayra also firmly states her beliefs through the article on how service animals must be cared for properly and not treated as much as a pet as they should someone who works for you.
I, along with the author of, "Against Bringing Dogs to Work," believe that dogs should not be allowed in the workplace because they can be a distraction or harm other employees or property.
I am quite the animal lover and I believe this idea should be well thought over. Not everyone would agree with this idea to have your dog in the work place do to alergies or they could even be afraid of your dog. To help
My opinion on the bring your dog to work program is, it really depends on the type of workplace you are bringing them to, here are the reasons why i think that
Personally, I like dogs and currently have two living in my home. However, that does not mean that i would just love to have them in my workplace. My job consist of other employees that or in the office alone with me that I have to also consider upon making this decision. My co-workers may be allergic to dogs. However, some may just be terrified of dogs. I don't think that having them to submit to being in the presents of dogs on the job would be professional.
I support the Bring Your Dog to Work program. They say it can increase satisfaction and productivity at work. When pet owners interact with their dogs, they have less stress and anxiety. Employees might just be willing to put in a few extra hours.
I think the idea of bringing your dog to work is a bad idea because some people are allergic to dogs, some people have had bad experiences with dogs so it may cause them emotional distress, and because you have to care for a dog through out the day so therefore it would cause people to have to stop work to care for the dog.
I think alot of people do believe that takeing there animal with them to work is are would be a good idea and would improve there workplace, but i don't think a bring your dog to work program is a good idea. My first reason is not all people can be around dogs are anyother animals due to allergy's. Some people are also affraid of dogs because they have had a bad experience with a dog mabe had one bit them are worse. Dogs at work with you would more than likely cause alot of stress mental and possibly physical as well because they get to trying to play are something and knock things over causeing damage to office equipment. I also believe dogs are unsanitary and spread germs by licking those around them.
The first article "In Support of Bringing Dogs to Work" discuses about the productivity of bieng able to bring our dogs. The office can be very stressful, and having our dogs will make us feel less stressed and anxious. Some people may even feel that their dogs are a part of them that they are leaving behined.Dogs also help us feel more calm and relaxed.Being able to bing our dogs is a very great idea.
I disagree with the Bring your dog to work program. I have had dozens of dogs and from my experince they will be a distraction from stuff you need to do. I think if would be counterproductive to bring pets in the work place simply because the mess they would make while they are there. Some animals do not get along it will cause more work and time to deal with them.
Being a fellow dog lover, I strongly disagree that you should be allowed to take your dog to work. There are so many factors to look at, as to why having your dog in the work enviroment is not a good idea.
I am a fond lover of animals. But I do not recommend or support bringing dogs to work. Allowing dogs in the workplace can be distracting and stressful for some workers. Dogs are unsanitary and they can spread diseases to humans. And they can also cause property damage in the workplace. Dogs can be distracting and stressful to some workers due to excessive barking. They can also be stressful for someone who has had a bad experience with dogs. They can spread diseases and bacteria through out the office. Which could spread to the office kitchen and into our food causing humans to get sick.
First of all,not everyone likes dogs or is comfortable around them.Like many Americans,I am allergic to dogs. My co-worker Greg is anxious around dogs because he was once bitten by a friend's dog. Companies are legally required to provide a safe, healthy work environment for their employees. Allowing dogs in the office is likely to cause physical or psychological distress for some employees, creating an unhealthy workplace for them. Further, dogs are unsanitary and occasionally spread disease to humans. they may bring in bacteria that could get into our office, kicthen, and our food,or they may
