I support the Bring Your Dog to Work program. They say it can increase satisfaction and productivity at work. When pet owners interact with their dogs, they have less stress and anxiety. Employees might just be willing to put in a few extra hours. I am a dog owner myself. I love my dog Roxy. I love her like she's my own child. When I leave her in the mornings when I go to work, I have a tendency to worry about her alot. It would be alot easier on her and I if she was was just with me. I dont think I could ever work late, even if I wanted to; knowing she was all alone and needing me. In addition, there are people in the work place that do not feel the same way. Some people feel uncomfortable around dogs. Some people have been bitten by dogs
Dogs to Work" says ,"If we could pet or play with our dogs during the course of the workday, we would probably feel better and show up to work more often." Although this may be true there are more reasons for it to be false. Bringing your dog to work would distract other employees from working,
Although it would be nice for dog owners to bring their pet to work with them sounds like a good idea some employees might be alergic to the dogs. In addition to being alergic some employees could have had past experiences with a dog, like being bitten or chased by one and may be anxious around dogs. Furthurmore, dogs are usually very unsanitary and could spread bacteria or diseases throughout the workplace just by licking.
I believe letting your employees bring their dogs to work is a great way to boost their motivation and work ethic.
Next, you need to think about your co-workers and your enviroment. in the work place the dog may become a distraction and lead to less working and more play. in the, "in support of bringing dogs to work" paragraph he states. researchers have found that when pet owners interact with their dogs, they experience a sense of well-being and feel less stress and anxiety."
I support our decision on Bring Your Dog to Work program. I think it could be a really good idea. Especially, for those who have no pet sitters at home. It can be a real productive thing, if people took it seriously.
Many large and extremely successful companies permit pets at work; these are businesses like Google, Amazon, and Ben and Jerry’s. Allowing a therapy dog to visit A2LA could be a great kickoff to the wellness challenge or just a new company tradition. Studies show that dogs in the office cause employees to become more productive, efficient, and happier.
In certain work places i do belive dogs can be a positive energy and a relaxing company to have around the work place. In my own experiance at school some of the teachers bring theyre dogs to work, the dogs are very quiet and nice which helps me feel relaxed and able to reduce stress in the classroom. Another reason i am in support of the bring your dog to work program is beacause, in the article it states that theyre are studies showing that bringing your dog to work can increase the work productivity and workers have a sense of relaxation also more people experience a sense of well
I think alot of people do believe that takeing there animal with them to work is are would be a good idea and would improve there workplace, but i don't think a bring your dog to work program is a good idea. My first reason is not all people can be around dogs are anyother animals due to allergy's. Some people are also affraid of dogs because they have had a bad experience with a dog mabe had one bit them are worse. Dogs at work with you would more than likely cause alot of stress mental and possibly physical as well because they get to trying to play are something and knock things over causeing damage to office equipment. I also believe dogs are unsanitary and spread germs by licking those around them.
The first article "In Support of Bringing Dogs to Work" discuses about the productivity of bieng able to bring our dogs. The office can be very stressful, and having our dogs will make us feel less stressed and anxious. Some people may even feel that their dogs are a part of them that they are leaving behined.Dogs also help us feel more calm and relaxed.Being able to bing our dogs is a very great idea.
I disagree with the Bring your dog to work program. I have had dozens of dogs and from my experince they will be a distraction from stuff you need to do. I think if would be counterproductive to bring pets in the work place simply because the mess they would make while they are there. Some animals do not get along it will cause more work and time to deal with them.
Dogs are man's best friend. But that doesn't mean that they belong in the workplace. Dogs make noise and are distracting. Not everybody likes dogs. Plus they need to be fed, watered and taken out throughout the day. But dogs can be well behaved.
I feel that it is a bad idea, but on the other end it is a good one also. I feel that it is good because it'll keep stress down and you won't worry yourself about your dog while your at work. I also think it's a good idea because dogs may worry theirselves while the pet owner is at work for long hours. Dogs also can get out the house and interact with more people which is good for them so they wont be miserable. The reason I think it's a bad idea is because they could bring germs in the workplace especially around food and elderly people. Aslo, some people may be allergic or even afraid of dogs too! Some dogs may be aggresive when they get around other people and may cause lawsuits if your dog bites someone inside the workplace. So therefore
Everyone should support bringing dogs into the work place. Not only do they make you happier throughout the day, they bring a vibe of joy and safety into the office. Dogs have better hearing and would allow a person to have beforehand knowledge if something was wrong or if they were not expecting something. A stress-free workplace is one that anyone would jump for the opportunity to have. Animals have been proven to make human's lives better to the point where people consider their pets to be family.
I do not believe that employees should bring their dogs to work. Not everyone likes dogs. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that dogs will be well-behaved at the office. Also, they will need to be cared for throughout the day.
Second, The positve thing about bringing your dog to work it takes a lot of stress off of pet owners mind knowing that they would not have to worry or rush home to check on their dogs. Some people feel like they are at home if thier dogs are in the office with them. which takes
