In this section of the report I will be analysing how business activities from each factor; political, legal and social, have impacted on two contrasting organisations. The two contrasting organisations I will be focusing on are Tesco's and Amazon.

This will happen by paying employees by the job, this way they are motivated to work efficiently. The price will be determined by the distance we are moving and the total amount of the weight of the items. There will also be a flat rate of $10. All items will be priced the same. Each employee will receive 5% of the profit. We will charge $0.75 per mile traveled. That includes the distance traveled to the store to weigh the load. Each pound will cost $0.33. There will be twelve employees on the payroll, four on call. We will be open everyday except Sundays. Shifts will be between 8AM-5PM. Clients will call, or visit a website, and schedule times and places a three days in advance. This is called obtaining organic customers. If there are no more scheduled appointments in a day we will send employees home.

In this report I will be explaining the different legal and ethical procedures that employees at Leyton Sixth Form must follow. By doing this I will be discussing the data protection legislation, codes of practice and operational issues. I will be linking it back to how Leyton Sixth Form College uses this information and how they respond to a staff member breaking that act.

The staff transported Broadus to Food bank to collect food. The staff provided Broadus with transportation. The staff trained Broadus how to make phone calls to Food pantries locations. Moreover the staff taught Broadus communication skills. The staff taught Broadus how to great people first before asking questions about Food bank. The staff also educated Broadus how important is to introduce himself and always thank them for their support. Furthermore, the staff trained Broadus how to manage his groceries. The staff also reminded Broadus that he does not have grocery check; therefore, he has to make sure his food last for at least two weeks. In addition, Broadus informed the staff that he has enough food and he will make sure to use them wisely

Invoicing is a best way to keep record of different business transactions (outside factory transactions) and sales or purchases for potential uses whereas, an excise invoice is one of the most significant business documents that is used by different organizations, businesses and manufacturing companies to give details and information about goods being issued by the manufacturing department or plant (outside the factory). On 03/01/2017 I, Deputy Daniel Pruitt was dispatched to 5618 Westwood Avenue for a fraud complaint. I spoke to George Hensley who stated his personal and credit card information was stolen.

I spoke with Chris (AM) this week and we discussed how the store was operating with John being in New Jersey. Chris and I also talked about how to overcome his fears of “messing up an order”, I shared some troubles I personally had with in the past, and reminded him MISTAKES will happen, it is how you learned from them is what is in important. Chris also needs a new EPP completed, I will follow up with John when he returns from New Jersey. No Machine Issues.

It a setting where the variety society work in a business where they will have all variety of opportunities and the individual from different culture may have more experience which is based on the job they are doing or applying. They can bring all sort of ideas into the culture which complete their job roles, for example when a hospital has a staff nurse that is different culture or race they will have to meet that persons need because they are able to communicate with that person and the service user is able to relate to them, also, a diverse staff group will make the setting look welcoming because they don’t discriminate and they welcome people of different backgrounds.
