It a setting where the variety society work in a business where they will have all variety of opportunities and the individual from different culture may have more experience which is based on the job they are doing or applying. They can bring all sort of ideas into the culture which complete their job roles, for example when a hospital has a staff nurse that is different culture or race they will have to meet that persons need because they are able to communicate with that person and the service user is able to relate to them, also, a diverse staff group will make the setting look welcoming because they don’t discriminate and they welcome people of different backgrounds.

Having procedures is useful because everyone can be trained and taught to do everything the same, correct way. By having procedures for everything the organisation can make sure that all situations are handled the same way, allowing them to control how their staff work. This will mean that they can make sure that their workforce can follow the procedures that keep within the health and safety guidelines and policies of the company.
In this report I will be talking about how my chosen organisation, which is Primark, uses ethical issues to consider in its every day operational activities. Primark may not have some ethical issues that I will be discussing about in this report, but I will talk in detail about how they could use them, issues in their business.
