I envisioned a cozy eco friendly spot in the African American community right across the street from the high school and recreation center. There are many people who pass by it’s a high traffic area. Considering the high rates of childhood obesity, diabetes, cancer and more why isn’t there a spot where these youth could get a fruit smoothie on the way to school. Perhaps the guy who works out every night doesn’t have to drive across town to get a protein shake after working out at the recreation center. There isn’t even a health food store in the five mile radius. Well there are two ways we could go about this.1) Create a juice or smoothie bar with unique signature drinks that will make our clients come for more. 2) Purchase a smoothie franchise and offer drinks with all the recipes standardized. On one hand it’s easy to just purchase a franchise it’s a package deal the work is done for you already. On the other hand creating a new line of drinks that meets our customers’ needs while intriguing their taste buds is so much more rewarding. We have owned a successful business in the same neighbor hood for the past 30 years. We have a great credit history and many resources. Which is the best approach? Purchase a readymade juice bar for $80,000 or develop one of our own for $40,000.Since the investments needed are significantly different let’s compare the franchise vs. start our own unique juice bar. The franchise deal covers all of the research and functional issues
The process of opening new subsidiaries of a company is usually tricky because without serious organization and management the project can make the company incur losses. Usually local residents support new business ventures and Lemon Lovin’ Life has $10,000 to spend for advertising. Considering the product theme various marketing vehicles will be utilized to communicate the message, image, and presence of the business. Bovee & Thill (2013) asserted that there are different ways to promote products, including the use of print media (magazines, local newspapers and student publications) (p. 382), broadcast media (local TV shows, radio programs), hotel guides (Chamber of Commerce newsletters, brochures, flyers), direct mail (subscriber lists, inserts in newspapers, office mail delivery) (p. 374), social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) (p. 382), and others (attendance in charity events, sponsorships, press conferences) (p. 382).

With having only one of “The Four Ps,” (the place), Juice Guys had to come up with a marketing plan to develop the other three Ps; which were of product, promotion and price. Juice Guys knew they wanted to sell fresh juices and fruit smoothies; however, they needed to know if the consumers wanted more than just those products. Also, they needed to find a way to promote their new products and make their prices economically feasible for the consumers in this new place; which was Boston. In order to accomplish this, they needed consumers to let them know what they thought was the ultimate juice shop.
End users are those individuals walking in the company stores, ordering a smoothie and a cookie, paying the cashier and then telling her friend how wonderful the ambiance is. This buyer segment does not purchase large amounts of product at one time and likely chooses Jamba because of the quality of the ingredients. With no switching costs and a growing industry offering many options, patrons of smoothie cafés can freely purchase their delightful cool beverage anywhere. According to the U.S. Census Bureau the number of stores within the “snack and nonalcoholic beverage bars” industry grew from 36,036 in 2002 to 49,463 in 2007 [ (U.S. Census Bureau) ]. This trend means that Jamba Juice will have to increase customer loyalty to battle the increased competition.
The virtual "Lemonade Stand" was a valuable way of showing how supply and demand operates in real situations as well as how each can affect the other. Key components that are true in real market that can have a positive or negative effect on the supplier or consumer. A few components that when you first begin to play the game you may not realize is how much inventory will be needed as well as cost of each product. When I played I bought a large amount of sugar, which after one of the rounds the sugar had to be discarded because of bugs contaminating the rest of the sugar supply. This consideration of items going bad was not something I had considered when first beginning the game. Other items I had not realized was ice melting at the end of each day as well as lemons going bad. This was an issue because I needed to anticipate the following day of how much supplies would be needed so as not to have a surplus amount that could go bad or end up with a shortage of supplies. Other considerations were weather, cost of cup and taste of the lemonade. My next step was to try to understand these factors and apply myself to gain some success in the virtual lemonade stand.
I am Cassey and have some ideas for you. I think you should come up with a rashberry lemonade flavor. It's nver been made. You would make a lot of money and would sell easy. People love leamonde when its hot, and people usally drink powerade when the weather is hot. It's easier when it is already cold, made, and cheap. Lots of celberties drink that;s a plus you could have a athlet sponsor it. This is my idea of a new flavor for your bussniess hope you take it in for consider ation.
[The body of your paper uses a half-inch first line indent and is double-spaced. APA style provides for up to five heading levels, shown in the paragraphs that follow. Note that the word Introduction should not be used as an initial heading, as it’s assumed that your paper begins with an introduction.]
In addition to spacing, APA style includes a special way of citing resource articles. See the APA manual for specifics regarding in-text citations. The APA manual also discusses the desired tone of writing, grammar, punctuation, formatting for numbers, and a variety of other important topics. Although the APA style rules are used in this template, the purpose of the template is only to demonstrate spacing and the general parts of the paper. The student will need to refer to the APA manual for other format directions. GCU has prepared an APA Style Guide available in the Student Writing Center for additional help in correctly formatting according to APA

The main goal is to partner with other small business owners to set up an environment that would benefit everyone. The main focus will be the quality of the coffee with easy to grab snack items. The theme of the business is a one-shop location that a family can come to order cakes for their special event, have a cup of coffee, or desert, while the kids enjoy an ice cream. The downfall for a lot of businesses is that they may be seasonal, such as ice cream.
