On August 26, 2016 at approximately 2240 hours, I (Officer Furr #9345) was dispatched to 7932 Glenarden Pkwy, Glenarden, Md 20706 for a vandalism. On scene I spoke with (V-1) Alonzo Maurice Christin Barber who stated that he parked his Honda Accord bearing Maryland registration plates (4CC6798) outside his apartment complex at approximately 1400 hours on August 25th 2016.
