This person is an inspiration to CBHS, a senior who always has a smile on his face, and is an extremely good guy. His name is Jake, and he has impacted this community so much. Now, how did l learn all of this, I interviewed him. The day of the interview, we met up in Mr. Bernstein's room. Jake and I left the room and walked downstairs, finding a place to start the interview. We found a bench on the first floor, light coming in from the glass windows and doors. The only sounds are light background chatting, the hum of the vending machine, and the buzz and opening of the front door. We both seemed excited, but Jake seems nervous, it's hard to tell. We sat on the bench as I set up the iPad for the interview.
On the agreed date and time, I reached the agreed meeting place which was a coffee shop in Vancouver. I had previously sent a photo of myself with my interview request thus making it easy for him to find me. We had a brief introduction where I explained to him how I was given his contact information and why I chose him to interview. He asked me questions about my study and future plans. After this, I asked him questions about his profession and communication skills usages at his work

For interview I was fortunate enough to speak with Tonia Dudley who is an Information Security Risk Reporting and Awareness Analyst at Charles Schwab in Chandler, Arizona. She was very happy to share her wealth of knowledge with me and I came away with multiple resources for more information and a greater understanding of the job itself. Not only did I ask questions about her current position, but I also wanted to know about her prior experience and schooling that qualified her for the job.

She started in the Human Services field with a Master degree in Education from Virginia College and started working at the Hilton head Preparatory School. After working there for years she missed doing education and had an opportunity with the University of South Carolina Beaufort as an advisor. Before being in the Human Services Field she wasn’t aware of it being declared a major and knew she always had a passion for helping people. The skills utilized in the Human Services Field are being adaptive, organized, multi-tasking and time management. someone for one opening and then I get screened out in the interview process even when I answer the questions correctly they get marked wrong even when the answers are listed in Caltrans publications one example happened when I interviewed for Principle Construction and Land Surveys Engineers in early 2015 One of the questions is to name two challenges I missioned meeting Greenhouse gases mandated and sighted a law suit that could disrupt the I-5 construction and when I got the debrief for my interview I was told yes you should have received full credit for that answer after the fact. Furthermore, it is extremely rare for a district to select an outside candidate except in Headquarters I know because I applied to many other districts and

During this semester I had the opportunity to work along the side with many dentists, hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, and also financial coordinators at Dental Associates of Manchester. Dental Associates of Manchester is located at 120 E Fayette Street, Manchester, Ia 52057. While I was on the work site at Dental Associates my job duties were to watch how the dentist and hygienists work and clean inside a patient's mouth and their full routine of what they do before a patient comes in and after a patient comes in. While I was working up front my job duties were to watch and see how they interact with customers and how they go about signing in patients checking them out and also scheduling them for their next appointment if necessary.
While interviewing Russ Tevis, I asked him many questions about why having a Costco here in town, would benefit him. A huge point that Mr.Tevis made was that his trips to Costco do not only support him but his church. On every Friday of the month, Mr.Tevis drives to Tumwater to buy groceries for him and his family, purchase supplies for his church ministry, gets lunch, and buys some gas. Knowing this, I asked him how Costco in Longview would benefit him in general. He answered, “Costco would reduce prices for gas, most food items, and I would not have to drive to Tumwater to save money.”. He went on to say, how he could also eat a quick lunch for a dollar fifty every day. The church Mr.Tevis attends, does what they call a food ministry. Every Sunday and Wednesday they feed close to a hundred people that come

This past month I have stepped in as the fellowship coordinator. Though I did not have previous experience, I have learned a lot about how to coordinate a fellowship. I became involved in the fellowships at a time where I believe the most transition occurs, at the end of the academic year. I have experienced the on-barding process for both the ACGME and non-ACGME programs, as new fellows join our department, as well as the separation of those who are graduating. During this time, I have created interview schedules for both the Regional Anesthesia & Acute Pain Medicine (RAAPM) fellowship (non-ACGME) as well as the Pain Medicine fellowship (ACGME). I have organized 3 in-person interviews as well as 1 Skype interview. As the beginning of the fellowships
