The working class rhetoric about fitness and wellness has been a subject of concern for quite some time. The period when people were shifting their social ideologies in which class and gender were mapped onto bodies in every material condition of life also provided a framework for the recommended change in the society. It is highly relevant to study how people navigate their lives as far as sexuality and gender are concerned (Lee 245). The implications for the gendered sense of self for the middle class can be innovative regarding the methodology employed. The popular culture has represented fat people as revolting and as agents of abhorrence and disgust. In some instances, we can recognize fatness from a political perspective but not necessarily
Life expectancy in the United States is below most of the developed world and yet Americans pay the most for healthcare (CIA). The reason that Americans are so low on the list is their dependency on conventional medicine. The result is an entire society dependent on drugs and surgery and constantly living in pain.

In recent discussions of movie trailers, a controversial issue has been whether trailers present a clear theme. On the one hand, some argue that Annabelle 2 is about a child that becomes possessed and A Cure for Wellness is about a hospital that cures the ill. From this perspective, viewers only pay attention to the surface of the trailers. On the other hand, however, others argue that Annabelle 2 is about believing in Christ, and if you believe and put it in his hands, then everything will work itself out. Some also believe that A Cure for Wellness is about a hospital that experiments on the living to find a cure for the small sicknesses. In sum, then, the issue is whether, Annabelle 2 poses demon possession, or defending your faith. The issue presented with A Cure for Wellness is whether the medical facility cures the ill or experiments on people for greater purposes. Movie trailers present clear and hidden themes by the use of rhetorical devices through camera angles and soundtracks.
