Exercise means to do a physical activity for the improvement of health and the body. In an over expanding society, this word has been viewed in various lights especially when it is combined with the word cult. The question being asked by society is: is the tribe mentality in the exercise comunity good? Some may argue that being in a supportive group is an essential element of a good exercise program. While there might be reason to believe that, a tribal mentality should not be accepted in the exercise community because it brings antagonistic attitudes and cult-like manners to a certain group.

Athletic trainers are nearly everywhere. Most high schools, colleges, semi pro teams, Olympic teams, professional teams and basically any other organized athletic association has them. But unbelievably this is the type of exchange that happens a lot when engaging in conversation. Although Athletic Trainers are on TV all the time, we are usually referred to as "trainers" by the talent at ESPN or local news organizations.

The athletic training profession as we know it today first came into existence during the late nineteenth century with the establishment of intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics in the United States. (Prentice, 2014) Prior to this, early civilization athletics were unorganized. Although they were unorganized, there is information that suggests that Greek and Roman civilizations featured people who assisted athletes in reaching their peak physical condition. The evolution of intercollegiate athletics after World War I led to a new demand to prevent and manage athletic injuries. (Prentice 2014)

I think in 5,10, and 15 years Brianna will be living with either her mom or someone that helps her. I don’t think she will be living on her own but I think she will make great improvements in the psychomotor and affective domain in many years down the road. I think she will be able to do the basic locomotor skills, such as running, galloping and jumping, but I think she will still be behind in the object control skills such as hitting and dribbling. After doing the TGMD-2 on Brianna I was able to work with her on some basic locomotor skills and she was able to copy what I did, so I think if everyone kept working with her on the same things she will be able to do them down

Boot camps have been a controversial topic since there creation for adults in 1983 ( Gover 2000). The term boot camp is widely used however it contains many different aspects depending on its primary focus. Boot camps are programs based off of basic training in the military ( Mackenzie, Wilson, and Kinder 2001). With the main goal of correctional boot camps being, deterrence, rehabilitation, incapacitation, punishment, and cost control (Peter, Thomas, and Zamberlan 1997). The primary goal of boot camps when they were first created was to reduce overcrowding in prisons and encourage inmates to contribute positively to society (Perez 71). There are many different types of boot camps such as: substance abuse, educational, job training, as well as life counseling which are then separated into juveniles and adults boot camps. Although the main focus of many programs are the same each individual program widely differs from one another . The amount of time inmates spend in boot camp differs widely as well as the activities they preform and the amount of aftercare that is provided (Peter, Thomas, and Zamberlan 1997).
