ABSTRACT: India has enormous occasions for telecom operators and is one of the best markets for telecom business. However it is equally filled with challenges like Intense competition , Infrastructure requirement & Strict Regulatory framework (License fees, Spectrum allocation & auction etc.) The case touches the series of events which headed to the formation of RJio Infocomm and also enlarges about the various strategic plans by Mr.Mukesh Ambani,CMD RIL to ensure a successful re-entry in the sector. This case presents a brief overview of the decision making dynamics of the CMD, for making a comeback in Telecom sector and also gives an opportunity for further discussion on the future strategies of RIL. 1

The company has also invested in 500,000 sq.ft of data centers which are currently functioning in Noida, Nagpur, and Navi Mumbai. An additional 500,000 sq.ft of area also became operational for the same, prior to the commercial launch. JIT is aimed to achieve Zero Inventory which is a stage in JIT system in which a company keeps minimum amount of inventory in storage and simply order the stock when a customer places an order or the need is generated, thus receiving in a timely manner. This is to reduce all the waste by building up the inventories by carrying only the required stock in hand. Zero inventory is an important concept as it is a key capability of the operation department to reduce waste in the form of misused and untapped resources. Thus it is an ideal situation of not keeping extra stock in the warehouses.
After one year of operation, market leader had recognised and agreed that Telezoo provide a good service.
